a company engaged in EPC services and e-commerce sales of solar products. By using our
services or purchasing from
our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Company Details:
Raichura Energy Pvt. Ltd.
An EPC Company dealing in Solar Energy Solutions and Solar Product E-commerce.
2. Scope of Services:
– Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of Solar Power Projects.
– Supply and Sale of Solar Products through E-commerce Platform.
3. Pricing and Payment:
– All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
– Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice.
– Taxes, duties, and delivery charges (if any) will be added to the final invoice.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation:
– Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of full/advance payment.
– Cancellation of confirmed orders may incur restocking or cancellation fees.
5. Delivery and Installation:
– Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
– Installation services are subject to site readiness and technical feasibility.
6. Warranty and Liability:
– Products are covered under standard manufacturer warranty.
– Raichura Energy Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Returns and Refunds:
– Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, within 7 days of delivery.
– Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
8. Intellectual Property:
– All content, designs, and trademarks are the property of Raichura Energy Pvt. Ltd.
9. Governing Law:
– This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
– Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
10. Amendments:
– Raichura Energy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
